Experienced. Caring. Local.
Here today, here to stay.
Providing professional legal services throughout the Central Susquehanna region since 1971.

About Our Firm

In 1970, two young attorneys, E. Robert Marks and F. Porter Wagner, both born and raised in the Danville area, partnered to form Marks & Wagner, a law firm focused on serving the legal needs of a small community.

Today, as a third-generation law firm, Marks, McLaughlin, Dennehy & Piontek, LLP remains committed to local service while providing legal counsel and representation to clients across the North Central Pennsylvania region.

We believe the practice of law starts with understanding the needs and goals of people. Navigating the legal framework to accomplish those goals, that’s our job. Our growth and longevity comes from measuring success by counting the number of satisfied clients.
